Terms of Service

4.1 Account Registration

To use My Role Radar, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information during the onboarding process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at the contact email above.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Free tier limits or any other restriction is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

6.1 My Role Radar's Intellectual Property

My Role Radar, including its design, features, scoring algorithm, software, and all AI-generated outputs produced by the Service (including role scores, company intelligence briefs, positioning angles, and interview questions), is owned by My Role Radar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal job search purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Service or its outputs
• Use any AI-generated outputs from My Role Radar for commercial purposes
• Share, resell, or sublicence access to the Service or its outputs to any third party

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the personal data you upload to My Role Radar. By providing your profile information, you grant My Role Radar a limited licence to process and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence ends when you delete your account.

Your data is never sold, shared with third parties for commercial purposes, or used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7.1 Nature of AI-Generated Content

My Role Radar uses artificial intelligence to generate role scores, company intelligence summaries, interview preparation materials, and positioning advice. This content is generated automatically based on your profile data and publicly available information.

7.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we take reasonable steps to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI-generated content, My Role Radar makes no warranty that:

• Role scores accurately reflect your suitability for any given role
• Company intelligence content is complete, current, or free from error
• Interview preparation materials will result in a successful interview outcome
• Job links are active, accurate, or lead to currently open positions

7.3 Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Role Radar expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any employment decision made by you or any employer based on content generated by the Service
• Any loss of income, opportunity, or career progression arising from your use of or reliance on the Service
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any role listing, company information, or salary estimate provided through the Service
• Any application submitted to a role identified through My Role Radar, including roles where the link was dead, the role was already closed, or the role was misclassified
• Any outcome of any job interview for which you prepared using the Interview Toolkit

My Role Radar is a decision-support tool. All decisions about whether to apply for a role, how to present yourself, and whether to accept any offer remain solely yours.

8.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently purged within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2 Termination by My Role Radar

My Role Radar reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms of Service
• You engage in scraping, automated data extraction, or any systematic copying of the Service or its outputs
• You share your account credentials or Pro access with any other person
• You create multiple accounts to circumvent Free tier limitations or any other restriction
• You use the Service in a manner that is abusive, harmful, or damaging to My Role Radar or other users
• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority

In cases of termination for violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining paid period.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. My Role Radar will retain and purge your data in accordance with the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy.

9.1 Availability

My Role Radar aims to maintain 99.5% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from interruption. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Service downtime.

9.2 Changes to the Service

My Role Radar is a continuously evolving product. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time. Where changes materially affect your use of the Service, we will provide reasonable notice by email or in-app notification.

9.3 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and display a notice in the application. Your continued use of My Role Radar after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Role Radar regarding your use of the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Failure by My Role Radar to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. My Role Radar may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
