01.User Onboarding & Profile Accuracy
My Role Radar is an exclusive matching utility designed strictly for mid-to-senior professionals and executives. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:
- All profile details, full names, preferences, and uploaded resumes are true, accurate, and represent your authentic professional background.
- You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials and Supabase auth sessions.
- You will not upload false, misleading, or plagiarized materials.
02.Limitation of Liability & Match Disclaimers
My Role Radar provides curated match indexing based on algorithmic parameters and candidate preferences. We do not guarantee job interviews, offers, placements, or specific hiring outcomes.
The platform acts as a match directory. We are not liable for employment agreements, contract disputes, negotiations, or actions taken by hiring organizations. All interactions with employers listed in the vetted matches are undertaken solely at your own risk.
03.Intellectual Property & Code Security
The My Role Radar interface, CSS, database architecture, design elements, visual aesthetics, vector calculations, and proprietary matching engine are the exclusive intellectual property of My Role Radar.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the executive workspace for personal job searches. You may not extract database schemas, copy styles, or reverse-engineer the Next.js server actions.
04.Termination of Executive Access
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to the dashboard or profile at our sole discretion, without notice, in cases of fraudulent resume details, spam, credentials sharing, or platform abuse.
